2. Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been opened and/or used. Please note that every item has a special hologram tape which if broken, will not be accepted under this Return and Refund Policy

• Items purchased as part of a promotion or sale are not eligible for returns.

• Gift cards and free items bought by other members of this website.

3. How to Initiate a Return?

• Our team will guide you through the return process. To initiate a faster return process, please send us any image(s) of the product liable for the reason of return.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund via email.
