- Our team will guide you through the return process. To intiate a faster return process, please send us any image(s) of the product liable for the reason of return.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund via email.
Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded in the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If your refund is approved, the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective product, we offer a free replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product for an exchange.
