• For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹50 will be applied at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
• Depending on your location, delivery times may vary:
  • Metro cities: 2-4 business days
  • Non-metro cities/towns: 5-7 business days
  • Remote areas: 7-10 business days
• Please note that delivery timelines may be extended during holidays or peak periods.

Delivery Process

Eligibility for Returns

• Products can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

How to Initiate a Return

• Our team will guide you through the return process. To intiate a faster return process, please send us any image(s) of the product liable for the reason of return.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund via email.

Refunds

• Approved returns will be refunded in the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If your refund is approved, the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective product, we offer a free replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product for an exchange.

Apply oil liberally to the scalp and gently massage the oil into your hair, targeting from the roots till the hair ends. Leave the oil in for at least 1-2 hours or overnight before rinsing with sulphate-free shampoo.

We suggest patch test before use. Please discontinue usage immediately if you notice any signs of allergy.
